Dell Inspiron 15 3520 2024 model CMOS location

Does this board have a different option opposed to a CMOS battery.is it a chip. I hadn't pulled the board from the machine but something tells me I won't find a battery on the top side. Google didn't. Show a location that I saw. Needing some help with this notion HDD. Just a m.2
