Dell inspiron 14 7472 Battery Not charging

A couple weeks ago my 14 inch dell inspiron stopped charging, i thought that the main issue was a bad battery after trying 4 different battery none of them worked, the laptop bios accepted every battery but wont charge, on the bios it says that my 45w ac adapter was detected and the battery was also detected with good health but it was always on idle, the laptop status LED is always blinking 1 white 4 orange/amber, tried to read on dell's official doc but in none of them say anithing about that specific code for my model (inspiron 14 7472), i tried everything, change to another battery, clear CMOS, restore the bios, downgrade the bios, change battery cables even encountered a bad ceramic cap and replaced but it wont charge the battery, even with the full diagnostic through BIOS it wont detect any problem and pass all test, RN i don't know what to do at this point P_20240721_202554.jpg

HP Probook 450 G8 not deleting old owner"s windows login

I've got an HP probook 450G8 that i used disk utilities in BIOS to erase the hard drive then installed windows 11 using a USB drive. well every time I launch windows it comes to the previous owner's llog in page. i can only access accessabilities setting. How can I delete that for good?
