ALEXSOF DDR4 Analyzer card is designed to diagnose motherboard issues by measuring the main voltages in the circuit, displaying POST codes, and analyzing data protocol, configuration lines, read SPD firmware, more.
Instructions for Use

• Incorrect Connection: If there’s an incorrect connection on any of the lines, “FLOAT” will appear.
• Voltage Issues: It can check all voltages instantly (SPD, VDD, VTT, RCA, VPP, RST) If the voltage is incorrect on any line, it will display with a different background color than the other voltages.
• POST Codes: For motherboards designed with POST code support, the codes will display. For those not designed for this, activity on the SMBUS will indicate connection availability.
• BUS Display: Instantly and quickly displays all processors, chips, RAM, and other components connected to the SMBUS
• Internal CPU thermal sensor.
• Additional thermal sensors or component monitoring.
• Power monitoring and voltage regulation.
• DIMM thermal sensors.
• Platform-specific sensors.
• Often related to power delivery and monitoring.
• Serial Presence Detect (SPD) EEPROMs
• Used for integrated voltage regulators.

• MODE Button: A long press and release initiates processing of the internal firmware of the RAM and provides information about the motherboard configurations and temperature sensors that operate on the same protocol.
• VDDSPD Indicator: Indicates power status.

  • GEN SPD If 2 jumpers are placed in this place, it will connect the external SPD CHIP that has a place on the back of the tester (two different 8 pins package) with the SMBUS this is useful for motherboards that have one RAM slot.
  • GEN RST If you want to generate a reset signal, place a jumper in this place.
  • PULL RST In case you want a suitable voltage for the reset signal instead of the missing voltage.
