Open Line (No Connection): The LED remains off, indicating a possible fault in the DDR5 slot or the CPU—this may also suggest the CPU requires reballing.
Short Circuit Line : The LED will glow brighter than the others, signaling a short in the slot or CPU area.
Important Test Points:
For advanced diagnostics, you can remove the tester’s battery (cr2032) and power on the laptop to measure key signals directly from the test points, including:
